He has been a Commissioner on the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) since 2018, where he is the voice of all labor unions in New Jersey.
Our Labor Relations services includes dispute resolution, contract negotiations, labor laws, collecting all law enforcement contracts and grievances, as well as PERC assistance. We also have a comprehensive archiving of pertinent information from all contracts into a database, which includes breaking down comparable salaries from local jurisdictions and similar job titles, that can be used by each local during the negotiation process upon request.
Finally, and most importantly, is our Annual Collective Negotiations Seminar. The agenda for this seminar is filled with important topics, legal updates, and the most respected speakers in the labor relations field.
Please reach out if you have any questions or need assistance.
