This course is designed to strengthen the effectiveness, collaboration, and leadership capacity of union executive board members through a comprehensive cross-training approach. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and functions of each position on the board — from President and Vice President to Treasurer, State Delegate, and beyond while emphasizing  teamwork, accountability, and adaptability, ensuring that each participant develops the knowledge and confidence to step into or support any role when needed.
