Patrick Moran is a PBA Delegate for Berkeley Heights PBA 144 Union County, NJ. He has been with the Peer program since the start of the QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Cop2Cop training. Navigating our PBA members with their health-related issues and dedicated to protecting his brothers and sisters’ rights.
Most recently he received his certification in Assisting Individuals in Crisis and Group Crisis Intervention.
Erica Hoffman
State Delegate Atlantic Highlands PBA 242
Erica Hoffman is an active Officer with the Atlantic Highlands Police Department in Monmouth County. Erica is also the delegate for the AHPD, serving Local 242 proudly since being inducted in 2022. Prior to joining the AHPD in 2020, Erica was an Officer with the New York City Police department. Before beginning her career as a police officer, Erica worked in the field of mental health and addiction, working as a Counselor for several years. Erica is honored to serve her department and to assist her fellow officers in blue whenever they need support.
Anthony Mazzo
State Delegate Pascack Valley PBA 206
Anthony has worked for the Emerson Police Department in Emerson, NJ since 2011 and is assigned to the Patrol Division. He has represented the Pascack Valley PBA Local 206 as their State Delegate since 2018. In 2014 after receiving certification from the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Anthony helped start a Critical Incident Stress Management Team for his Local, offering a safe and discreet way for the members of his Local and surrounding Locals to debrief after a tough call or get help that they may need. He is proud to be a member of the NJSPBA Peer Team and can be reached at any time.
Willaim Comerro
State Delegate NJ Campus Police PBA 278
My name is William J. Comerro, I am employed by Montclair State Police Department for the past 18 years. I’m a member of PBA Local 278 where I have held the title of Treasurer prior to serving as Delegate for the past 14 years. I am currently the Chair of the Passaic County Conference, President of the State Law Enforcement Unit, and serve on the NJSPBA’s Executive Board. I am the Co-Chair of the Collective Bargaining Committee for the last 6 years and have served on the committee for about 13 years. I am a member of such Committee’s as By Laws, Membership, PAC, Cigar, Shield, Convention, and Peer Response Team. I have been fortunate enough in my career to help many of our brothers and sisters in their time of need and guide them in the right direction. Committing myself to other in a core belief of mine, and I take pride in helping others. If you need to talk or assistance with anything in your life, please reach out to me anytime you need to.
Wesley Panckeri

I am Wesley C. Panckeri, currently employed by the Monroe Township Police Department for the past 21 years and have held the positions of Trustee & Vice President for my local and now State Delegate for the last 8 years. I am the current Chairman of the Middlesex / Somerset PBA County Conference and a committee member for LPP, Collective Negotiations, Sports/Special Events, the PAC, and the Peer Response Team. Through my life experiences and my effort to keep my brothers & sisters safe, I am definitely someone who understands a lot of personal and professional situations and is willing to listen and give advice when needed.
Pat Papero
State Delegate Mercer County Sheriff’s Office PBA 187
Pat is an Officer with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office since 2001 where he spent the majority of his career in the patrol and K-9 units. He has served as Local 187’s Delegate since 2007, and has served on several committees such as the Collective Bargaining, Judiciary, Legislative, and Political Action Committees. He has also been the chairman of the Sheriff’s Committee for the past several years, and the Mercer County Conference Chairman since 2017. Pat is a proud member of the NJSPBA’s Peer Response Team and takes pride in helping other officers. He can be reached at any time.

Anthony Dellatacoma
State Delegate Middletown PBA 124
Hello everyone,
My name is Anthony Dellatacoma, and I am thrilled to join this peer group. I am in my 20th year of law enforcement, 15 years with my current department in Middletown, New Jersey. I am entering my 11th year at the State Delegate for Middletown PBA 124. I serve as a detective in the Crime Scene Unit at Middletown Police Department, where my responsibilities are to document and preserve all scenes for evidential purposes. In this role, we work as a team putting all the pieces together to solve crimes. Teamwork is crucial to getting the job done. Prior to law enforcement I worked in the Financial Retirement Department with Prudential in Newark, NJ.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy watching my kid’s sports events, classic automobiles and playing ice hockey, which help me maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. I am also actively involved in volunteering around my town, promoting our PBAs commitment to our community. I am looking forward to working with such a talented and diverse group of individuals, and I look forward to learning from each of you as we share our knowledge and experiences.
