The NJ State PBA has been made aware of allegations of cheating during the March 1, 2025 Police Sergeant examination and immediately contacted the Civil Service Commission (CSC). Since then, the CSC has provided little transparency or updates on the investigation or release of exam results. Working alongside the State Association of Chiefs of Police, the PBA has urged the CSC to ensure fairness before releasing any results.
