This year’s Blue Mass honors the memory of:

• Sheriff’s Officer Justin Rivera, Hudson County Sheriff’s Office

And in heartfelt remembrance of all fallen officers:

• Major Jeffrey A. Burke, New Jersey State Police
• Sergeant James J. Puhalski, New Jersey State Police
• Sergeant Steven E. Blecki, Spring Lake Police Department
• SCPO Erick J. Whitaker, NJ Department of Corrections
• Corporal Raymond Kuuchi, Veterans Affairs Police Officer
